Jeff Earnhardt
Coaching with Jeff is the result of 19 years of influencing leaders in non-profits, creative arts, and some of America’s largest private companies.
I’ve been guiding those strong leaders toward their preferred future by helping them better understand WHO they are since that directly influences HOW they lead themselves and others.
Five of our first twelve meetings are structured to better identify WHO the leader is:
1. Meeting #1 – Introduce the idea of coaching
Introduce confidentiality, my approach to coaching, and learn the history of the leader
2. Meeting #2 – Enneagram 1 of 2
Better understand the personality typing tool and the core motivation driving the leader
3. Meeting #3 - Enneagram 2 of 2
Debrief areas of resonance and challenge with the leader’s primary Enneagram type
4. Meeting #4 – Personal Values Assessment 1 of 2
Provide assessment to identify and define their core values
5. Meeting #5 - Personal Values Assessment 2 of 2
Connect those values back to who they are and how they lead
Process:
· Each month we’ll have two 60-minute, or one 90-minute meeting.
· I’ll guide the process from awareness to action.
· The leader sets their own action steps following each meeting.
· I’m available by text or phone for follow up between meetings.
· Best practices reveal that a minimum of six months is recommended in order to fully recognize the benefits of coaching.
